We are at coast of Black Sea in province of Rize in Turkey (Black Sea Region).

We think to present a project proposal about the women’s rights / women’s initiative to the ”EU Civil Society Facility: Partnership actions- Empowerment of Women” program.

At least a EU member and 2 NGO which work on women in IPA countries must be for this project. We have made a research on the website, PADOR records, etc.. and we saw the web address of your NGO. We liked too much. We want to collaborate with you on this project.

The general objective of our project idea: ‘’ The main objective of the project is that to increase awareness related to women’s NGOs, the EU issues and membership process through increasing the intercultural civil society dialogue between NGOs which operate in the field of women’s rights in EU member and candidate countries and in this way to ensure sharing of more accurate and effective information. ’’
Its duration will be 12 months and the budget will change according to number of partners, this amount will be maximum 200,000 Euros. The EU meets 80%.

As the project activities: joint workshops, seminars about the EU, Conferences, education program about women’s rights will be realized by us. We will prepare training products in the country language of the project partners. We will prepare communication products such as brochures, posters, web sites.

Executing the Women and Youth work is the main aim of the KACED Association with European Union Integration Process, Multicultural, Local Democracy and Strengthening of the Civil Society, the Human Rights and Citizenship, Rule of Law, Protection of the Environment, cultural and artistic activities in the Black Sea Region of Turkey.

The mission of our association has been accepted by many international institutions (in the first hand The European Union) and our projects were supported. These organizations are:
